Our team consists of three New York State Certified Residential Appraisers, two New York State Certified General Appraisers, and two NYS Licensed Appraiser assistants with over 65 years of combined appraisal experience.  Our Residential Appraisers cover 11 counties and have in-depth knowledge of lake property values as well as urban and suburban property market prices.  Our General Appraisers concentrate on the appraisal of multi-family, agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties throughout Upstate New York.
